 
        
        Job Title: Senior Analyst, Model Governance
The Role
This role sits within a collaborative team of professionals responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust credit risk model governance framework.
The Accountabilities
 * Manage ongoing monitoring of credit risk models to establish best practice in risk management.
 * Engage with stakeholders to keep up-to-date with recent developments across the industry.
 * Ensure core modelling data is managed and maintained to facilitate compliance and meet business requirements.
 * Facilitate regular credit risk model monitoring forums and reviews of model monitoring outcomes.
 * Enhance existing model monitoring framework by adopting new tools and technologies.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient data transition between environments.
 * Track risk issues and recommend remedial action to address marginal or unsatisfactory model performance.
 * Execute delivery of data requests and supporting analysis for regulatory validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * 3+ years experience in credit risk analytics / management with understanding of data management and business portfolios.
 * Understanding of analytics, models and data for effective credit risk management.
 * Take initiatives to enhance existing business processes through statistical models and tools.
 * Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Tertiary qualifications or equivalent business experience.
 * Technical orientations - SAS programming, SQL, R, Excel with VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Bitbucket and Tableau.
