Due to continuing growth in the residential construction sector, Shelford is offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Maintenance/Construction Administrator to join our residential construction team, where you will be focusing on coordinating maintenance, and insurance repair work as well as conducting administrative tasks for the Construction Manager.

As a Maintenance/Construction Administrator your role will include:

* Receiving & recording the details of completed Defects Liability Forms & Inspection Reports
* Providing supervisors with documentation required for defects inspections
* Liaising with clients, property owners, trades, and suppliers in relation to booking required maintenance works
* Addressing maintenance related enquiries through the Maintenance inbox and incoming phone calls as well as maintaining effective communications with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders
* Updating JobTrack with the dates for Maintenance Required and Maintenance Completed for each job ensuring that the Completion of Maintenance has been confirmed with the relevant stakeholders
* Following up with relevant personnel on any outstanding maintenance items
* Undertaking Construction & Maintenance relating administrative tasks as required.

* Building & Construction Knowledge
* Ability to read & understand working drawings
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Effective Time Management Skills
* Ability to work well with others
* Customer Service Oriented
