Job Title: HR Strategic Advisor
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team in providing professional advice and support to regional and state office managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality HR advice, support, and consultancy services to management and staff, working within a team of HR practitioners and in partnership with leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Key accountabilities include:
* Providing quality advice and support on HR management issues including employment conditions and entitlements, systems and processes, performance and conduct, recruitment and selection, workforce planning, and establishment management.
* Analyzing workforce data to address individual and broader workforce issues, defining risks, and presenting evidence-based solutions to support decision-making processes.
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of current HR legislation, awards, certified agreements, directives, policies, and procedures, and providing accurate and timely advice on employee relations matters.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Knowledge and/or experience or qualifications in contemporary HR management and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build enduring relationships and drive accountability and outcomes.
