This senior role provides strategic and operational leadership of the University Library, with responsibility for shaping and delivering contemporary, user-centred library services that support the University's education and research ambitions.Reporting to the University Librarian, you will be a key member of the Library's leadership team, contributing to effective, values-driven leadership across the organisation. You will lead, develop and mentor a large team of professional staff, fostering a high-performing, client-focused and collaborative culture aligned with University and Library values. Working closely with senior University stakeholders and external partners, you will drive innovation, implement forward-looking strategies, and position the Library for continued impact in a dynamic higher education environment.You will contribute to business and financial planning to deliver sustainable, client-focused services aligned with the Library's strategic direction and service model.
