Opportunity
You will oversee a beautifully maintained portfolio of 190 properties, all conveniently located within the Eastern Suburbs. This is a relationship‑focused role with a strong emphasis on service, backed by an impressive internal structure designed to remove administrative pressure and allow you to do your best work.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a well‑kept, established portfolio
* Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants
* Handling repairs, maintenance, and day‑to‑day property needs
* Attending NCAT when required
* Working closely with a dedicated PM Assistant who manages routines
* Collaborating with a Leasing Consultant — no leasing required
* Supported by admin, accounts, and leadership teams
* Zero ingoings, outings, or accounts — pure relationship management
What We're Looking For
* Previous Property Management experience
* Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Warm, professional communicator with strong relationship skills
