Join a large federal government department as ICT Change Manager!
**Your new company**
This large scale federal government department based in Woden, ACT currently has a requirement for an ICT Change Manager to assist in the delivery of a stakeholder management system. The project seeks to design, build and implement the system in order to introduce a singular solution across various state and territory offices, aligning a national strategic approach to stakeholder engagement.
**Your new role**
- Develop and implement project change management documentation and activities.
- Provide project management and administrative support to project manager to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reports, briefs, advisory group papers, training materials, correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Implement effective program and risk management to improve project success and ensure compliance with legal, employment and governance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Perform administrative and secretariat support to the Project Manager where required.
- Work with the Product Owner and Senior User to support change management work and develop required resources.
- Work with the Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Senior User and Digital Transformation Team to stay on schedule, meet deadlines, and deliver the project.
