Customer Support Specialist
to join their mission and help drive success.
In this role, you will:
Be on the front line for their customers, providing top-tier support via phone, email, and chat to help them get the most out of the platform. You will also keep the support centre up to date with accurate articles and video tutorials, driving product development through daily interactions and collaboration with the Product Manager.
Day-to-day, with a client-first approach, you will focus on:
* Customer service by phone, email, and chat in a quick, courteous, and efficient manner;
* Dive into complex technical challenges, resolving issues with clarity, patience, and a passion for delivering seamless solutions;
* Keep their support documentation sharp and impactful. Crafting and updating FAQS, articles, and video tutorials that empower users and make support effortless;
* Track support interactions to spot trends, pain points, and feature requests. Sharing insights with the Product Manager to drive improvements
* Partner with the Product Manager to share insights and continuously enhance the user experience
* Shape and refine internal support processes and best practices to elevate efficiency and service quality
Who Are You?
You are
a results-driven individual
who is passionate about technology, residential construction, and customer success. You will bring proven experience in residential construction and customer support, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment. The ability to clearly articulate software benefits and confidently drive customers to reach their full potential using the APP.
