Position Title: Manager - ECAT Triage PARC
Classification: NP51, HR25 - HR28, HR9 - HR12
Salary per hour (exc. super): $59.83 - $65.93
Hours per fortnight: 80 (including ADO every four weeks)

**Role Description**
The successful applicant will have an opportunity to proactively manage processes and systems that focus on the recovery of patients. Bendigo Health is also in the enviable position of having moved into our new hospital which includes a large expansion of beds within the Psychiatric Inpatient Units. The manager will provide a pivotal role with the planning, development and ongoing implementation of the models of care and review of and integration with current practices

**The Team**
The Enhanced Crisis Assessment and Treatment (ECAT) service is based in the Emergency Department (ED) of the Bendigo Hospital and performs a prompt Psychiatric Assessment and coordination of treatment for persons presenting to ED with mental health concerns. Bendigo Health's Regional Psychiatric Triage Service provides 24 hour, 7 day a week access to mental health services across the Loddon-Campaspe, Southern Mallee Region. Triage also serves as the single point of entry for Bendigo Health Mental Health Services.
