Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on medication management to patients with complex needs
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
* Develop and implement medication policies and procedures
* Contribute to the development of the pharmacy department's strategic plan
Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in pharmacy or relevant field
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior pharmacist role
* Strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills
