Motor Claims Training Specialist
This role involves coaching and training Motor Claims Consultants to enhance their skills and performance. As a critical member of the team, you will play a key part in supporting onboarding, maintaining knowledge management systems, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* To provide expert coaching and training to Motor Claims Consultants, focusing on improving their skills and performance
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date information within knowledge management systems
