Introduction to the Role
Strategically manage repair part demand, inventory flow and backlog, coordinating with global logistics to guarantee timely part availability. This role safeguards operational continuity, minimizes backlog, and enables Repair Centres to meet service expectations and customer commitments. It is full time, Monday to Friday and reports to the Service Coordination & Estimation Manager.
Responsibilities
* Analyze repair demand trends and continuously assess historical and forecasted repair volumes to identify demand fluctuations and prioritize parts acquisition planning.
* Initiate internal part requests to warehouse, generating timely and accurate internal orders based on repair schedules.
* Coordinate with global logistics to expedite parts, monitoring shipments and resolving delays proactively.
* Track part availability against repair timelines, flag potential risks, and implement contingency actions to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with planning, procurement, and repair operations teams to align priorities, optimize inventory flow, and reduce backlog impact on delivery performance.
* Plan repair service and work order management, working closely with production, quality, parts/logistics teams and external vendors to ensure on‐time delivery within scope and budget.
* Conduct data analysis, service demand forecasting and budgeting.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
