* Implement traffic control measures at designated crossing points.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and be physically fit to perform duties effectively. They must also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
1. Candidates will require strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, students, and other stakeholders.
2. They will need good observational skills in order to monitor road conditions and identify potential hazards. The candidate selected for this position will need physical stamina suitable for standing outdoors during all weather conditions, alongside being able sufficient remain alert throughout their shift without any assistance or guidance from others on duty time.,
