About the Role:
The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations across both venues, managing daily service, food quality, and kitchen performance.
Responsibilities include stock management, cost control, compliance, staff training, and menu planning.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining consistency across both venues while driving innovation and efficiency.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy pub or hotel environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a kitchen team
Solid understanding of stock management, ordering, and cost control
Commitment to food quality, consistency, and compliance standards
Creative flair with the ability to design seasonal and crowd-pleasing menus
