Job Title: Administrator Location: Teralba, NSW Hours: 5:30am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We're seeking a confident, tech-savvy Administrator to join our team at Teralba Quarry.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll be a key point of coordination for truck movements on site, support administrative functions, and work closely with the National Account Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage truck movements on site, including weighbridge operations Perform end-of-month reconciliations and invoicing Support the Territory Account Manager with day-to-day operational tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Assist with Head Office administrative functions and internal processes Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Participate in inductions and safety coordination as required What We're Looking For: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with learning new IT systems Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills Clear communication and the ability to work effectively within a team Experience in heavy industrial, logistics, or quarry operations (preferred) Experience or willingness to learn: Timesheet processing Invoice and Head Office processing Inductions and safety coordination Ability to work independently in a high-traffic, heavy industrial environment Why Join Us: Be part of a dynamic, supportive team in a critical operational role Opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure to multiple operational systems Make a real impact in a busy quarry setting and contribute to smooth site operations This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a critical operational role.
