Main Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial and executive support
* Effective and accurate stakeholder communication
* Coordinate appointments, travel, conferences, and seminars
* Gather, collate, and prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence
* Respond to enquiries and escalate issues as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Oustanding verbal and written communication skills
* Prior experience using TRIM & SAP would be beneficial
* Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
* Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks
* Fast learner and ability to take initiative
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Newcastle with the possibility of extending beyond 3 months.
