Job Description
It takes courage to keep things running behind the scenes – and we can't do it without you.
Are you ready to step into a role where your organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit make a real difference every day? As Facilities and Assets Administrator at Richmind WA, you'll be at the heart of keeping our sites safe, functional, and welcoming – so our teams can focus on what matters most: supporting people on their mental health recovery journey.
Why this role matters
Every repair you coordinate, every system you update, every asset you track has a ripple effect. You'll be helping us create spaces where people feel safe, valued, and supported – spaces that empower recovery and wellbeing. This is more than facilities management; it's about being part of a team shaping the future of mental health services across WA.
What you'll be doing
* Keeping our spaces at their best: Support our Facilities Manager with the daily operations of sites across Richmind WA, ensuring they're safe, functional, and welcoming.
* Tracking what matters: Carry out asset audits, maintain records, and make sure resources are in top condition.
* Being the link between people and solutions: Work with contractors and vendors to get repairs, upgrades, and maintenance sorted on time and on budget.
* Making systems work for us: Manage tools like MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet so data is accurate, and operations run smoothly.
* Staying stocked and organised: Oversee procurement requests and supplies so nothing falls through the cracks.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you bring
You don't need to tick every box – what matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. If you're a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills, we can help you grow the rest.
* A Cert IV/Diploma in Business or similar (or relevant experience)
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to pick up new systems
* Strong time management and a solutions-focused approach
* Experience in property or residential services is great, but not essential
Other essentials: National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and a valid Driver's Licence.
