Electrical Professional Opportunity
Maintain a high voltage network as a skilled Electrician within the High Voltage department at a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test and commission high voltage equipment within 132kV/33kV/11kV/3.3kV reticulation systems
* Maintain electrical infrastructure including battery charges, switchboards, power transformers, circuit breakers and other indoor/outdoor HV switchyard switchgear
* Assist with switching operations within the HV network
* Ensure safe and reliable operation of the power distribution network
* Repair breakdowns within the HV network
Requirements:
* Hold an Electrical trade qualification with the ability to obtain a relevant license
* Hold a current manual driver's license
* Have a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
* Have experience in the HV and mining industry
* possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* be prepared for change and highly attentive to detail
* demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment
