About the role
We're seeking a motivated, detail orientated and commercially minded Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. This role will see you support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and strategic sourcing initiatives. You'll help ensure that our procurement operations run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our business goals.
What you'll do
* Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers and vendors
* Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies
* Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
* Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships across different categories
* Collaborate with internal departments to understand stakeholder scope needs
* Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
* Assist in preparing RFQ's and reviewing proposals

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
* 1–2 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
* Familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Commercial acumen and understanding of financial impacts
* Basic knowledge of compliance, policy, and contract frameworks
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and data analysis
