Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact for auditors
* Produce consolidated financial statements
* Assist in managing and leading a small finance team
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to top management
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
* Monitor financial performance and present financial reports
* Manage financial risks and investments
* Implement process improvement initiatives
* Prepare work papers
* Implement Accounting Standards
* Oversee project accounting and process improvement initiatives
* Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the CFO
Key Requirements:
* An educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* CA/CPA or relevant qualification
* Audit background within a professional services firm ideal
* Immediately available
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
