We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Casual Administration Assistant to join our team at the Cosmetic Refinement Clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. Your professionalism, warmth, and efficiency will contribute to creating a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
* Greeting clients and providing exceptional front-desk service
* Processing payments and maintaining client records
* Data entry and database management
* General administrative support to the team
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
* Managing Business Social Media Accounts and website

About You

* Previous administration or reception experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of organisation and time management
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Expertise in social media management, advertising and content creation
