Job Summary
This role involves driving sales within a defined territory and industry, leveraging partnerships to achieve assigned quotas.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively managing direct and indirect deals.
* Identify and target key accounts and prospects within the defined sales territory.
* Develop and execute a business strategy to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory and industry.
* Provide leadership and training to improve local resellers' skill set.
* Establish long-term customer relationships across all levels within the account.
* Utilize chosen sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
* Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to drive sales objectives.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
* Support strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
* Strong background in AEC industry or cloud-based construction experience is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of business development or direct sales experience in a matrix organization.
* Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing deals from that pipeline.
