2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.KNOX ONE is a fast-growing Australian-owned company, offering multiple product lines under different brands.Verdecor - its signature panel brand, focuses on premium decorative MDF and particleboard products.With increasing market demand and new product lines launching, we are expanding our business development team and seeking two talented and driven Business Development Managers to join our Melbourne-based operations.BDM – Cabinetry ChannelFocus: B2B clients such as cabinet makers, builders, and joinery manufacturers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and convert new B2B customers within the cabinetry and fit-out industryPresent Verdecor collections through face-to-face visits and sample deliveryFollow up on leads, provide quotes, and manage the order lifecycleAssist clients with product selection based on project needsEnsure clients have ongoing access to samples, updates, and price supportCollaborate with internal teams on logistics, stock, and serviceReport sales activities and pipeline updates using CRMBDM – Specification & Design ChannelFocus: Designers, architects, developers, and commercial project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with design studios, architecture firms, and specifiersPromote Verdecor brand and products through presentations and eventsSupport specification of products into residential and commercial projectsMonitor project progression from design phase through to builder implementationCoordinate sample requests and technical documentsRepresent Verdecor at industry trade shows and design networking eventsWork cross-functionally to bridge design intent with sales conversionAbout You (for both roles)Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales (cabinetry, interiors, or building products)Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsComfortable managing your own schedule and client visitsPassionate about design, materials, and client serviceFluent in English, written and verbalWhat We OfferSalary package approx. $100K+Full support with branded sample kits, brochures, showroom, and CRMFriendly and professional team culture with direct access to leadershipOnboarding and product training to help you hit the ground runningInternal operations team to assist with quoting, logistics, and serviceAutonomy to manage your own sales approach and build client relationshipsOpportunity to grow with a national brand in expansion phaseHow to ApplyIf you're a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in the building materials or design industry, we’d love to hear from you.
