* Provide on‐site ICT support to operational teams (including remote base assistance), collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues, implement improvements and support business continuity, and participate in after‐hours support if required.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
* Relevant IT qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent experience) with demonstrated technical support experience in an enterprise environment, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and common enterprise applications.
* Sound understanding of networking fundamentals and exposure to supporting operational environments (including aviation), with experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) and working within ITIL (or similar) service frameworks.
* Strong documentation, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a distributed team, follow procedures, elevate issues appropriately, and operate within defined security controls.
* Desirable capability and/or willingness to learn across Linux/Unix, identity management (Active Directory, Okta), basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper‐V).
* Exposure to, or willingness to learn, monitoring and logging tools, network firewalls (FortiGate/Cisco), backup and recovery processes, and cybersecurity fundamentals; willing to travel between operational sites.
Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application. We're most interested in your strengths, what you want to learn and how far you want to go.
