**About the Role**

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth communication across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and be an integral part of the growth journey. Some of the other key responsibilities in this role include but not limited to:

- Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of attention to detail.
- Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for executive team members.
- Maintain confidential information and exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and support executive team members with various administrative tasks.

**About You**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, calendar management software).
- Adaptable and resourceful mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
