About Us:
Mariniello Concrete Construction Pty Ltd, owned by Josef Mariniello, specialises in concrete and construction projects around Adelaide. With extensive industry experience, we pride ourselves on the quality work we do across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking to expand our team and are on the hunt for a dedicated, hard-working Concreter/Concrete Labourer to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for a range of construction projects
* Handle and operate concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Prepare and clean work sites, including setting up forms, laying foundations, and placing reinforcement
* Work closely with other trades and team members to ensure the smooth progress of projects
* Follow instructions from senior tradespeople and supervisors
* Assist with site cleanup and maintenance of tools and equipment
* Ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all stages of work
Skills & Qualifications:
* Concrete experience is ideal but not essential
* Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
* Experience with operating machinery and concrete tools is a plus
* White Card (Construction Induction) is essential
* A current driver's license and reliable transport are essential
