Casual OSHC Educator Shepparton role at Uniting Vic.Tas. Join to apply for this position and contribute to after-school programs that provide high-quality education and care to school-aged children. 
Responsibilities 
- Deliver nurturing care and create a protected, welcoming environment for children. 
- Plan and implement engaging, inclusive programs that align with laws, regulations and learning frameworks. 
- Work collaboratively with the OSHC Service Leader and team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. 
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and families; support children’s development through meaningful activities. 
Qualifications and requirements 
- Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with the ability to form positive relationships with children and team members. 
- Experience in Early Childhood or with children in some capacity preferred. 
- Ability to work with the OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement safe, enjoyable programs. 
- Current or willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates and a Working with Children Check. 
- A variety of educational pathways can lead to qualification for this position (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent).

- Hourly rate: $27.17 + super + 25% casual loading; salary packaging benefits available to increase take-home pay.
