The Operations Director for Asset Management will lead the assets and maintenance function during a period of national growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement processes to drive asset health initiatives.
* Develop financial strategies that ensure asset portfolio ROI.
* Manage a fleet of 400 assets, including planning and allocation.
* Lead a team of maintenance foremen and planners from multiple sites.
* Oversee business asset registers and supplementary systems asset data.
* Ensure safety and compliance at all times.
