Are you a proactive multitasker with strong admin skills and a knack for technology? Flick Anticimex is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our pest control operations and ensure smooth, professional service delivery to our clients.
This is a full‑time position, and flexible part‑time hours (9am–3pm) may be considered for the right candidate.
About the Role
In this busy and varied position, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Key Account Manager and the wider operations team. Your focus will be on providing excellent administrative support, managing customer enquiries, coordinating documentation, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with SMART device management and data reporting.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and delivers a consistently high standard of internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and customer focus.
* Support invoicing, document control, data entry and general administrative tasks.
* Assist with compliance management, record keeping and reporting.
* Manage SMART device data, reporting and basic troubleshooting to meet contractual obligations.
* Help reduce customer issues or escalations through timely and accurate administrative support.
* Contribute to branch goals and KPIs through efficient work practices and attention to detail.
* Uphold company OH&S, environmental and quality standards.
* Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities.
* Undertake other duties as required to support the branch team.
