About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer to join our Industrialisation team to work on multiple projects with direct responsibility for tooling and equipment design as we scale our in-house manufacturing capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of in-house tooling solutions to support our efforts to enhance manufacturing capabilities;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Assembly, and Process teams, to implement new cell architectures;
* Maintain an iterative approach to meet design requirements, working closely with team members to ensure effective collaboration;
* Promote innovation through direct involvement in prototyping product designs and manufacturing processes;
* Develop and validate manufacturing processes and tools in collaboration with Hysata partners;
* Design and execute validation plans in conjunction with the Hysata team;
* Contribute to data reviews to drive informed decision-making;
* Establish SOPs and safety protocols for new tools and processes.
