Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
* Support reception duties, including answering phone calls and managing visitor flow.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients and employees.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring prompt payment and reconciliation.
* Coordinate stock ordering and inventory management for the branch.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
* Proficient use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment within a customer-centric culture.
* Previous experience in reception, office support, and/or accounting functions.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team and support business leaders with administrative tasks.
