About the Role
You will be joining a positive, people-first dealership that values teamwork, transparency, and a great customer experience. Your role is to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs by building rapport, asking the right questions, and guiding them confidently through the sales process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and engaging customers both in-person and online.
• Presenting and demonstrating a wide range of quality used vehicles.
• Managing the sales journey from first enquiry through to handover.
• Keeping in touch with customers and maintaining accurate notes in the CRM.
• Supporting the team with stock presentation online and on the yard.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in automotive sales (used or new).
• Enjoys helping customers and builds rapport naturally.
• Is motivated, organised, and comfortable working towards targets.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Holds a current Australian driver's licence.
