Role Overview
As an Allied Health Professional in Out of Home Care, you will work with young people and their families to provide support and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Case Management: Provide complex case management services, including assessment, counseling, and therapy to young people and their families.
* Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with external stakeholders as needed.
* Treatment Planning: Develop and implement specialized treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support team members in delivering high-quality mental health services.
* Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic interventions and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional qualification/program and registration with the relevant National Board.
* Registration: Current Working with Children Registration.
* Licence Requirements: Registration/licence requirements must remain current and valid; changes must be reported to the Employer.
