Synergie is seeking Workshop labourers for our client, who is a leading powerhouse in the Trades & Manufacturing industry, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions and an excellent working environment, located in Gillman.
This is a casual ongoing position with the opportunity to transition to permanency for the right person.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required during busy periods.
Pay Rate
$32.90 per hour + penalties
Key Duties
* General workshop and yard labouring
* Mainly focus on grinding and preparing steel structures
* Moving and organising materials
* Supporting dispatch and completing occasional local deliveries (manual ute)
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a workshop, factory, construction, or labouring role
* Comfortable with physical work
* Ability to drive a manual vehicle (preferred)
* Able to pass a drug & alcohol test
