Position
We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Supply and Trading team in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage supply ecosystem: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, expand the supplier base, and integrate sustainability practices
2. Execute sourcing strategy: Design and deliver regional sourcing strategies, including logistics, contracting and execution
3. Drive market advantage: Provide market insights, identify trading opportunities, and strengthen sustainability across the supply chain

5. Optimise logistics and negotiate commercial outcomes that improve cost efficiency and profitability

Qualifications & Success Factors
10. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science or a related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
11. Prior experience in procurement, sourcing or trading is a plus (experience in energy or biofuels markets is highly regarded)
12. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
13. Exposure to physical supply chains, logistics and relevant regulatory frameworks
14. A desire to work at the cutting edge of low‐carbon liquid fuels with a global industry leader.
