Clear Horizon is seeking passionate professionals to join our Sustainable Futures team.
We are committed to delivering high-quality Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) consulting services in sustainable agriculture, Natural Resource Management (NRM), climate change and related sectors across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex MEL projects, including designing and delivering evaluation studies using mixed-methods, and facilitating participatory MEL-design processes.
* Manage small project teams of MEL practitioners to deliver high-quality services that meet client needs and expectations, while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Engage in business development activities to build and sustain profitable business relationships, including developing proposals, exploring partnership opportunities, attending events, networking, and staying informed about sector developments.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in MEL within these sectors and a passion for creating real change together.

About the Role:
* Principal Consultant: 7-10 years of experience in MEL within sustainable agriculture, NRM, and climate change.
* Senior Consultant: 3-6 years of experience in MEL within sustainable agriculture, NRM, and climate change.
