Desktop Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting end-user computing infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues related to desktops and laptops.
* Assist with the deployment and maintenance of new hardware and software.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues using various troubleshooting methods.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Develop relationships with site users to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
