Job Description
Customer Order & Logistics Management
* Process and manage local customer orders from start to finish.
* Coordinate warehouse stock releases and arrange transport to meet delivery requirements.
* Monitor order progress, keeping customers and the sales team informed.
* Verify accuracy of service provider documentation and ensure correct dispatches.
* Liaise with sales, transport companies, and warehouses to meet customer needs.
* Ensure accurate pricing on invoices and provide sales team assistance.
* Maintain customer forecasts and manage back orders with the sales and logistics teams.
* Arrange and dispatch product samples, maintaining the sample room.
* Support the sales team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
* Request, process, and verify invoices, packing lists, COAs, and other key documentation.
* Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for third-party warehouses.
Skills & Experience
* Supply chain, logistics or shipping knowledge is a must.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
