Restaurant Leadership Opportunity
KBP Foods, a leading franchisee of KFC, is hiring for our Restaurant General Manager position. With over 800 locations nationwide, we offer an exciting work environment and numerous opportunities for advancement.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain profitability through effective cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, financial review, and strategic decision-making.
* Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers to support restaurant growth.
* Develop and train employees in operational excellence to drive restaurant success.
Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a General Manager in the food service or retail industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants (QSR).
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, available to close the restaurant at least two nights a week, and possess the physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects.
