Lead GP-MparntweUrgent Care Clinic Baserate: $250 to $260KPotential earnings up to $470K per annum*The Mparntwe Urgent Care Clinic (Mparntwe UCC) is a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic providing a valuable service in the Central Australian health landscape, ensuring bulk‐billed, walk‐in access to GP services for any person in Mparntwe (Alice Springs) experiencing an urgent medical need that cannot wait for an appointment with their regular GP, but does not require a visit to the emergency department.As Lead GP Mparntwe UCC, you will work collaboratively with the clinic manager to oversee clinic operations, ensuring an environment that provides clinically safe and culturally responsive, high‐quality urgent care for all clients.What we're looking for:Strong leadership skillsCurrent AHPRA registrationRACGP or ACRRM FellowshipRecent emergency training certificationCommitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practiceThe Mparntwe Urgent Care Clinic is delivered by Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress) on behalf of the Australian Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
