To continue to be "the ones to watch" and to strive in the pursuit of delivering outstanding service to all our customers, Redink Homes is looking for a customer focused Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.
**THE COMPANY**
Excellent team culture, very strong and reliable office support. You will be responsible for dealing with customers, organising suppliers and coordinating trades. We are looking for someone who is well presented, professional and friendly and with excellent customer service.
**The Role**
As a maintenance supervisor you will be required to oversee multiple jobs at any given time. You will be the face of the company on the ground, working closely with customers and trades to ensure work flows smoothly and efficiently.
Other key duties will include:
- Conducting 6 month post build house inspections 
- Ensuring the maintenance works occur in a timely manner 
- Liaising with the maintenance administration team to ensure timely completion of tasks 
- Coordinating display home maintenance
**About You**
You will have a great working relationship with trades, knowledge of the market and be a team player. If you are a quick thinker, a problem solver, a self-starter and a career minded individual, then these are all of the attributes the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate.
Previous experience within a maintenance or supervisory role is beneficial, all-round variety will help you here, this is a busy role with high pressure, having a calm nature and excellent customer service skills are essential.
