About the role
The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company's range of product in the Perth metropolitan area. Your duties would include:
* Respond to allocated service calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer.
* Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards.
* Evaluate and rectify an appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install & commission an appliance in accordance with the relevant industry codes.
* Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart.
* Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of self, colleagues, and general public.
About you
We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:
* Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
* Restricted Electrical Licence (highly regarded/desirable).
* I Class Gas (highly regarded/desirable)
