* Conduct thorough inductions and collaborate closely with HR for ongoing performance reviews.

* Coordinate closely with Procurement for inventory control and ordering.
* Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns.
* Collaborate with Head Chef, Procurement, and Operations Teams on menus, specials, and service flow.
* Assist with group events, functions, and community engagement efforts.
