As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion for our Operating Room (OR) Equipment & Surgical Solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for managing sales activities in Western Australia, navigating the complexities of the region and identifying opportunities to drive revenue.
Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders to understand their objectives, purchasing criteria and decision-making processes.
To achieve this, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Your expertise in medical device or capital equipment sales will be invaluable in this role, as will your ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in field sales, with a proven track record of success in business-to-business environments. They will be confident, articulate and able to communicate complex ideas effectively. In addition, they will possess good customer service attributes, listening and comprehension skills, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
