Key Responsibilities:

* Structuring electronic folders with logical naming conventions
* Guiding teams and stakeholders on document management best practices

Requirements:
* Experience as a Document Controller or in a similar discipline
* A keen eye for detail and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
