The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining contract compliance, managing risk, and delivering thorough reporting to support continuous improvement across the Homes NSW Housing portfolio.
We are seeking an individual from a trade background or an admin professional with a keen interest in quality, compliance, and supporting continuous improvement on-site.
* Key responsibilities:
* Inspect completed projects to ensure compliance with Homes NSW technical and quality standards.
* Reconcile completed works with invoice charges for accuracy.
* Conduct site inspections and maintain records to assess compliance.
* Advise supervisors and project managers on compliance and risk issues.
* Maintain risk registers and update customer and site information.
* Prepare timely reports and analysis for stakeholders.
* Communicate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and customers.
* Ensure adherence to legislative codes, standards, and internal systems.
* Develop formal reports when required to document significant findings.
