Role Summary
The Role of a Theatre Preparer is to assist in preparing operating theatre suites for procedures.
* To ensure that the necessary consumable stock is rotated and date-checked regularly, minimizing waste and preventing potential issues during procedures.
* In conjunction with other staff members, establish an efficient system for tracking consumables to prevent stock shortages and maintain an adequate supply chain.
Roles may include responsibilities such as maintaining records of equipment maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety protocols. This position will also be responsible for coordinating inventory management tasks ensuring timely delivery of required items needed throughout the day.
