The Body Corporate for The Jetty Apartment Complex invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the appointment of an Offsite Property Manager. The Jetty comprises 36 residential units across three towers and requires a structured, governance-focused approach to common property management.
This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance and contractor services (including gardening, pool servicing and cleaning), undertaking routine site inspections (minimum three per week), overseeing safety and compliance, and providing regular reporting to the Committee. The engagement is strictly offsite, with no letting, leasing, concierge, or on-site office responsibilities, and operates within the Queensland Body Corporate legislative framework.
