As an Executive Assistant at Suncorp Bank, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive team with exceptional administrative and time management skills, while also providing vital assistance to the wider leadership team.
This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a high-performing culture across the entire Suncorp Bank team.
We have 2 opportunities available to support our Everyday Banking and Home Lending teams as we continue to grow.

What will your day look like?
**As an Executive Assistant, you will**:
Ensure the timely preparation and distribution of high-quality documents, such as Committee submissions, leadership papers, and Board materials.
Coordinate and manage leadership team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, managing communication and addressing competing expectations.
Oversee financial management tasks, such as corporate credit card statements, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Support travel arrangements, events, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to policies, schedules, and compliance requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably supporting senior executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
Strong initiative in driving continuous improvements, adapting to new systems and processes, and solving problems with alternative solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
