Your new role
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Government and Public Sector division in Perth. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a recruitment or sales environment, be ready to drive business growth, build client relationships and deliver exceptional candidate care. This is a warm desk with many long-term, active and high level contracts with opportunity for significant further growth.
Main responsibilities:
* Build and grow your portfolio across new and existing client opportunities
* Drive market share through relationship building, client mapping and reverse marketing of top quality candidates
* Generate creative candidate attraction strategies and talent sourcing techniques
* Provide high quality customer service to both candidates and clients
* Proactively connect and build relationships with active and passive job seekers
* Manage job orders with speed and precision
* Collaborate with internal teams and national clients
About you:
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sales, account management or client management is highly beneficial
* Driven, proactive, and target-focused
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Consultative, solutions-oriented, and resilient
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets
