Principal Legal Officer
This is a leadership role in the Commercial Law Section. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and counsel lawyers on complex or sensitive legal matters.
* Lead a team, develop staff, set goals, and drive performance through effective management.
* Collaborate with other leaders to manage workflow, reporting, and contribute to team and department meetings.
Requirements:
* A degree in law from an Australian university or overseas degree recognized in Australia for admission to practice.
* A Practising Certificate or eligibility to attain one.
* At least three years of post-qualification experience.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $157, to $177,, plus % superannuation. The position is ongoing (permanent) and full-time, with part-time pro-rata available.
